Sales & Shipping Policy

SHIPPING - We ship UPS ground. Shipping in the continental United States plus the Distrct of Columbia is free of charge. Shipping costs for international sales are determined after you have placed the order and we can determine the destination.

SALESTAX - We collect sales tax for all sales in the State of Maryland. The sales tax rate is 5% of the sales price.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of an item or the accuracy of its presentation on our WEB Site, you may return the artwork to Sharon Fox Art and we will refund your purchase price.

We will refund the purchase price for the following reasons:

1. the item is damaged,
2. the incorrect item was delivered,
3. the item was incorrectly described on our WEB Site.

You cannot not return an item that you decide you do not like after it has been delivered.

The following are your responsibilities in the return process:

1. notify us within seven days of receipt of the item by phone, email or letter that you wish to return the item and you will receive a return confirmation number,
2. print the return confirmation label sent to you by email,
3. return the item in its original shipping package, and include the return confirmation label visible from the outside of the package.

We will notify you by email of your refund, once the returned item has been received in good condition by us.
